TranscriBridge SRTOnline SRT Subtitle Translator

User Guide

A quick walkthrough for translating subtitle files online and exporting a translated .srt file.

1

Create an account or sign in

Use email/password or Google sign-in to open the subtitle translator. Your account keeps track of remaining free and paid subtitle characters, purchases, and notifications.

2

Upload the .srt subtitle file

From the translator page, drag in the subtitle file or browse for it from your device. This tool is intentionally focused on .srt input and output.

3

Choose the source and target language

Select the original subtitle language and the language you want to translate into. The translated output stays in the same .srt format so it can replace the original subtitle file directly.

4

Translate and download

Click Translate. When the job finishes, download the translated subtitle file. The translator preserves subtitle timing while replacing the subtitle text.

5

Use the translated subtitle file

You can upload the translated .srt to a video platform, load it in a media player, or combine it with a video using the free Windows TranscriBridge Muxer.

6

Check credits and notifications

Open Account to review remaining subtitle characters, notification history, email settings, password updates, and purchases. Free characters reset monthly. Paid characters never expire.
